At Infinity & Beyond Care, we can not accept self-referrals. We can only accept referrals from :

• Local Authorities and Social Services
• Youth Justice Teams and Probation Service
• Voluntary and Charitable Organisations
• General Practitioners
  All referrals must be accompanied with a completed external risk assessment and any supporting documentation.
  If you require support and have not been referred, we advise you contact one of the agencies listed above.
